1. Return Eligibility
Customers may submit a return request within 30 days from the date the order is successfully delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:
- The product remains in the same condition as when it was received
- The item has not been used, worn, washed, or modified
- Original packaging, labels, and tags (if any) are intact
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Lavomix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email: service@lavomix.com
After reviewing and approving your request:
- A return shipping label will be issued
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send the item will be provided
Important:
Returns sent without prior approval or without using the official return label will not be accepted.
Our support team is always available to assist you throughout the return process.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lavomix as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in a timely manner.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Shipping and handling fees
Additionally, these items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Discounted or clearance products
- Gift cards
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.
5. Exchanges
Lavomix does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item:
- Submit a return request for the original product
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
This approach allows for faster processing and ensures product availability.
6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
During this period, you may cancel or return your order without providing any reason.
Conditions apply:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging and tags must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
This right is separate from and does not affect Lavomix’s standard 30-day return policy.
7. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of the refund decision.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 10 business days
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
